ڳرو جوابي حملو

هيءُ هڪ دفاعي فوجي نظريو آهي، جنهن ۾ هڪ رياست پنهنجي مٿان ٿيل حملي جو شديد ۽ ترت جواب ڏيندي آهي. آمريڪي صدرآئزن هاور جي پهرئين صدارتي مُدي (57-1953ع) دوران ، ”نئين نظر“ ( New Look ) پاليسيءَ تحت طئي ڪيل هن دفاعي نظريي مطابق: جيڪڏهن اڳوڻي سوويت يونين يورپ ۽ دنيا ۾ ڪنهن ٻي هنڌ تي آمريڪي مفادن خلاف اڳرائي ڪئي، ته ان جو جواب سوويت يونين مٿان زبردست جوابي ائٽمي حملي جي صورت ۾ ڏنو ويندو. ائٽمي جوابي حملي جي شڪل ۾ هيءُ پهريون قدم هو، جنهن موجب آمريڪا پنهنجا ائٽم بم آمريڪي فوج جي حوالي ڪري ڇڏيا هئا، ته جيئن ڪنهن امڪاني سوويت حملي جي نتيجي ۾، سندس بمبار جهاز به اهي بم سوويت يونين مٿان اُڇلائين. هن نظريي جي اڳتي هلي اهميت ختم ٿي، جڏهن بئلسٽڪ ميزائلن جو نظام وجود ۾ آيو. آمريڪي پرڏيهي وزير جان ’فاسٽرڊلس‘ (John Foster dulles) هن نظريي جو وڏو وڪيل هو
